Experimental Street Photography: Part 1 Laser Light

Part of a new street photography series delving into photos that are a bit more experimental in nature, delving into a bit of strangeness, boundary pushers and maybe photos where the rule book as been thrown out of the window. It's a mixture of creativeness meets randomness meets a bit of tongue in cheek.

Some of these photos, the end result may be intentional, others may have seen arrived at by accident. Some are what I call randoms, others could be called camera errors or photographer errors. Some I'm just messing around, others there is serious intention even if the end result looks anything but?

All these photos have the same thing is common and that is they have the "Farewell Photography" look about them. That is the book produced by Daido Moriyama that was a flop on first release but copies of the book now sell for four figures. If that book teaches you anything...it is to think outside the box, think unconventionally and even think inside out. 

Experimental Photo: Laser Light

Take on Oxford Street in Central London. Just a random snap shot of a London street scene. People near in scene, people far back in the scene. No real central focus or subject. What looks like a Laser Light super imposed within the frame. Multiple reflections within the frame overlaid over the photo. Some strange figures walking down the road (top left). Two women looking, one firmly looking straight ahead. 

An example of randomness but underpinned by some sort of vague structure that defies description?

Despite this photos complete randomness, something seems to be holding is together, but what is....is a mystery.??
